Are small imperfections normal?
Handmade items may have minor bubbles, seams, or slight variations. These are normal when disclosed and do not affect use.

When will my order ship?
Check the product page for processing times and pre-order dispatch estimates. Delivery time is additional. Shipping fees appear at checkout.

Can I cancel my order?
Yes! Contact us before dispatch to cancel for a full refund.

Do you accept returns?
We do not accept change-of-mind returns or exchanges, except where required by law. For damaged, faulty, or incorrect items, contact us with your order number and photos where possible. Confirmed issues qualify for a refund without a return.
