OVERVIEW

Welcome to LuvsovilStella. These Terms of Service govern your use of our website and purchases from our store. By placing an order, you agree to these terms and the policies referenced below, subject to applicable law.

1. PRODUCTS & DESCRIPTIONS

We aim to present our squishies and other products accurately. Please review the product description, dimensions, materials, care instructions, and any disclosed variations before purchasing.

Colors may appear slightly different depending on your device and screen settings. This does not excuse material differences between the product received and its description.

For products described as handmade, minor air bubbles, small surface imperfections, visible mold seams, and slight variations in color, shape, or size may occur. When disclosed on the product page, these are normal characteristics if they do not affect normal use.

Significant defects, damage, or substantial differences from the product description are not considered normal handmade variations.

2. PRODUCT USE & CARE

Squishies are not food and must not be eaten. Follow the age recommendations, warnings, and care instructions provided for each product.

Avoid sharp objects, excessive stretching, and other handling contrary to the product’s care instructions.

3. PRICES & PAYMENTS

Prices are displayed in the currency indicated on our website or at checkout. Shipping charges and applicable taxes collected by us are shown before payment.

We may update prices for future purchases. Price changes do not apply to orders already accepted.

Please provide accurate billing and payment information and use only payment methods you are authorized to use.

4. ORDERS

Please check your selected items, quantities, delivery address, and contact details before completing checkout.

An order confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order. If an item becomes unavailable or we discover a pricing or listing error, we will contact you. We will not charge an increased price without your agreement. If we cannot fulfill your order, we will cancel the affected items and refund the payment collected for them, including applicable taxes and shipping charges.

We may decline or cancel orders where there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraud or unauthorized payment. Any payment collected for a canceled order will be refunded as appropriate under applicable law.

5. ORDER CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS

Orders that have not shipped, including pre-orders, may be canceled for a full refund to the original payment method.

To request a cancellation or change, contact LuvsovilStellaSquishy@gmail.com promptly with your order number.

We will do our best to accommodate changes. If a change cannot be made, you may cancel the unshipped order and place a new one.

Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled. Our Return & Refund Policy then applies, subject to your statutory rights.

6. PROCESSING & PRE-ORDERS

Processing times for in-stock items are stated on our website or the relevant product page.

Pre-order items follow the estimated dispatch date or timeframe shown on their product pages. Production and processing time are separate from shipping transit time.

If an order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, any arrangement to ship them together or separately, including additional charges, will be disclosed before purchase.

If we cannot dispatch within the promised timeframe, we will notify you and offer the choice to accept the delay or cancel the unshipped items for a refund, including applicable taxes and shipping charges.

We will obtain consent to delays or cancel and refund affected orders as required by law.

7. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Available shipping options, charges, and delivery estimates are provided before purchase.

Unless expressly guaranteed, delivery dates are estimates. If your parcel is significantly delayed, appears lost, or is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact us so we can investigate and arrange an appropriate resolution.

Please notify us promptly of any delivery address errors. Changes may not be possible after dispatch. Any additional charges for an agreed redelivery will be explained before you proceed.

8. RETURNS & REFUNDS

Our Return & Refund Policy forms part of these terms.

We do not accept change-of-mind returns or exchanges when products match their descriptions, except where required by law.

Damaged, faulty, incorrect, or materially misdescribed items may qualify for a refund or another remedy required by law. Approved product-issue claims do not require a return.

Refund requests are reviewed before approval. We may request information reasonably necessary to verify an issue, but an unboxing video is not required.

Nothing in these terms limits your mandatory consumer rights.

9. ACCEPTABLE USE

You must not use our website to commit fraud, submit knowingly false claims, interfere with website security, or infringe another person’s rights.
